To work with the barrios population and get involve in all the projects regarding social programs where the volunteer think he/she can give a word of advice. To help us coordinate the programs and activities. Volunteers must be of age 20 or above with minimum education of undergraduation.

This is a civilian non profit organization, which is actively involved with social developing projects, regarding all the different fronts that a community might need for an integral growth. Our mission is to promote, drive, and conduct, to channel through, and to execute, projects aiming to personal and communal success, strengthening the bonds in society through the family, democracy, fortifying the environment and an auto sustainable development. We have built several barrios in the outskirt of the city of Leon, facilitating to buy this piece of land to people in great need, focusing on single mothers, or widows, or low income families, and to make these projects integral, we have to think in building schools, health centers, communal house for different uses, such as preschools, dinning-rooms for the infants and children, immunizations journeys etc. Beyond this we have to think of recreational projects to carry out, provide each head family with technical skills in different camps to make their own business, also teaching the good use of the land, planting fruit trees for shadow and reforesting this arid land, and vegetable patch in the back yard, so they can either use them for their nourishment, or sell the Vegetables and fruits in the market, provided them with an extra income. Through these different programs we are looking forward to respond to the new social model that Nicaragua needs, being actively involved in the development of a more just society. We need volunteers on social programs, since we work in every single front with the residents of these barrios. Since most families here belong to low working class in the country we need the necessary knowledge to manage different situations that might come across, specially with working kids, we need to teach them new technics and ways to make extra income for their families, where they could be working on a safe environment. New ideas are welcome and we would love to listen from a more advance country, what we can do to improve the life of the youths.
